Israel - what an experience

I recently got a chance to visit Tel-Aviv for official purpose. Initially, I was bit reluctant to go due to Arab-Israel conflict but my fears were allayed after doing some research on Google. In retrospect, it feels great to have visited Israel. I met Jewish people for the first time in my life and it was a really great to know them. The best part I liked about them was the humbleness and softness they had. Isn't it a contradiction to the usually held view of Israel being a hard-state. There are two sides to a coin. If you look at the history of Jews, they have been suppressed for a long time, and Masada shall not fall again is what all they believe. I think all of us might do the same thing to protect our identity.

Now coming back to Jews, they are so friendly and humble. I was really flattered by the way they talk, the amount of patience they had, the air of calmness prevalent there. Interacting with them revealed my short-comings which I didn't knew. I must say I have tried to incorporate some of the changes in me after my return back.

I got a chance to visit Jerusalem, Masada, Dead-sea and each experience was unique. I would really like to go back someday in my life.
